If you believe that any content published on FITTING-ROOM.COM is illegal, non-consensual, abusive, or otherwise violates our Terms of Service, you may submit a formal complaint using the form below.

IMPORTANT: you MUST include all URLs related to your complaint.

Complaint Policy

  1. Introduction. This document sets out our Complaints Policy. If you are a User of FITTING-ROOM.COM, this policy forms part of your agreement with us.
  2. Interpretation. Defined terms have the same meanings given to them in the Terms of Service. “Business days” exclude weekends and public holidays in the country of incorporation.
  3. Who may submit a complaint. Any person, whether registered or not, may submit a complaint relating to the Website or its content.
  4. How to make a complaint. All mandatory fields must be completed, and all relevant URLs must be included.
  5. Required level of detail. Complaints must include a clear and sufficiently detailed description of the issue, together with at least one fully qualified URL pointing to the specific content being reported. URLs must include the complete address (for example, starting with https://), so that the content can be accurately identified and reviewed. Vague, generic, or incomplete submissions may be disregarded.
  6. Review process.
    • Complaints are reviewed within 5 business days.
    • Additional information may be requested.
    • Following review:
      • Illegal or non-consensual content will be removed immediately.
      • Otherwise, you will be notified of our decision.
      • Disputes may be submitted to neutral arbitration at your expense.
  7. Abusive complaints. Complaints submitted in bad faith or abusively may result in account suspension or legal action.
